Sakura Hirayama has over 15 years of real estate experience covering residential and hotel properties. Her market coverage spans across Hong Kong, Mainland China, Japan and other overseas markets. Previously, she was a General Manager, Overseas Projects for a large Chinese real estate agency, driving new market development and project sales locally. Earlier in her career, she has advised various UHNWs and corporate investors on Hong Kong and Japan properties investment.
Sakura has a diverse family root in both Japan and Hong Kong and has lived across Japan, Hong Kong, UK and Canada in her early days. She is a personable and articulate professional, who builds rapport with her clients by being ethical and pragmatic in her approach. On a personal front, she enjoys cooking, traveling and golfing.
