Mid-Levels East

Offering the winding, tree-lined streets that are generally characteristic of the Mid-Levels residential areas, Mid-Levels East starts just north of renowned Wan Chai and makes its way east across the hillside to lovely Tai Hang. Hosting a variety of residential options ranging from high-rise apartment buildings to newer developments, not to mention charming low-rise buildings that are characteristic of this area, Mid-Levels East spans a broad demographic from young working professionals and retirees to families of different sizes.

Residences on the sought-after streets such as Kennedy Road offer quiet, hillside views on one side, while the opposite side leads down the slope to busy Wan Chai with transport via bus or tram leading to the Central Business District and Causeway Bay commercial areas. Those who favor hiking or simply a quiet moment to themselves will enjoy easy access to a variety of well-marked trails leading to leafy Bowen Path, a renowned jogging trail overlooking Mid-Levels East, Happy Valley, and parts of Victoria Harbour. Access to public transport is generally very easy via shuttle or city bus, including the city’s charming trams and super efficient MTR network.
