Job Description

  • Report to COO, develop and execute strategic business plan for business growth and market share
  • Regular meetings with COO and other internal department, report and analyse your team’s performance, present forecast and plans for business achievement and improvement
  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales target and KPIs, identify opportunities and challenges, and provide business solutions
  • Manage team member’s objective and development, provide support, guideline and training to help them growth and enhance engagement with the company
  • Ensure the company core value is being recognized and considered when making any business decision
  • Proactively build up and maintain good relationships with clients, business partners, global counterparts
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing / IT team on business initiatives, improvements and solutions

The Successful Applicant

  • Solid experience in sales and leasing of Hong Kong residential real estate market
  • Excellent leadership management skills, ability to evaluate and motivate team development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with global counterparts on group-wide business initiatives
  • At least 10 years of sales and team leader experience in luxury property for senior positions
  • EAA licence is required

  • Provide excellent real estate service and maintain good relationships with clients
  • Achieve sales target set by the management

  • Liaise with other departments such as Marketing / International Project team on business initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Solid experience in sales and leasing of Hong Kong residential real estate market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, professional and result oriented individuals with strong business acumen
  • At least 3 - 5 years of sale agent experience in residential property
  • EAA licence is required

Job Description

  • Achieve sales of international properties from United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Japan, Thailand and related countries
  • Provide excellent consultation service and professional knowledge to assist company’s clients throughout the overseas property purchase process
  • Attend company’s sales events / exhibitions to drive business results
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with the clients via the inhouse CRM and eMarketing system
  • Work closely with our List Sotheby’s International Realty regional offices on group-wide business initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years of international property sales experience
  • Professional, proactive, independent and a good team playe
  • Able to generate leads and follow through to completion
  • A consistent sales track record demonstrating capability of building and sustaining sales pipelines over time
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English
  • Currently located in Hong Kong

Job Description

  • Provide high quality service to internal & external client
  • Work closely with other client service officers as a central supporting team for the operation of the whole office
  • Support all kinds of sales and leasing supporting matters including but not limited to updating, hand over, appointment making, initial negotiations, explanation of contract terms, photo-taking and webpage preparation
  • Maintain and update of system, data entry and checking
  • Assist in preparation of Sales Event, Venue Set-up & After Sales Follow-Up
  • Handle office administrative duties, including office & facilities management, fixed assets procurement
  • Manage office stationery, equipment and inventory, etc
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties and work outdoor if necessary

The Successful Applicant

  • University graduate, Fresh grad also welcome
  • Experience in related position and passionate on Real Estate industry
  • EAA License is an advantage
  • Proactive, detail oriented and able to work independently
  • Passionate on Real Estate industry
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Systematic, organizational skills and able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
